Al Kappel helps healthcare AI and imaging companies navigate complex enterprise sales, develop go-to-market strategies, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate revenue.

He brings more than 20 years of healthcare technology experience helping organizations accelerate growth across healthcare IT, enterprise imaging, imaging informatics, SaaS, cloud platforms, and healthcare AI.

Throughout his career, Al has worked with health systems, radiology groups, imaging centers, and healthcare technology companies to develop growth strategies, build high-performing sales organizations, and successfully commercialize innovative technologies.

Most recently, Al serves as Director of Global Sales for Vega Imaging Informatics, a leader in medical imaging data curation and distribution supporting AI development and research.

Previously, Al served as Director of Global Sales at RamSoft, where he helped drive significant global growth while supporting the evolution of enterprise imaging, cloud-based RIS/PACS solutions, and AI-enabled workflows.
